1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Blakypoknyak marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. User Accounts & Verification

• Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Sellers are required to undergo a verification process (Identity Verification) to maintain the security of our community.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Trading Rules & Prohibitions

To ensure a safe trading environment, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Engaging in "Direct Transactions" outside of the Blakypoknyak system.
• Providing false information or misleading descriptions of digital items/accounts.
• Attempting to reclaim (pullback) an account after a successful sale.
• Using our platform for any form of money laundering or illegal activities.

4. Payment & Fees

Blakypoknyak uses third-party payment gateways (including Midtrans). By making a transaction, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable service fees. Sellers agree to the commission rates deducted from each successful sale as displayed in the seller dashboard.

5. Refund & Dispute Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the buyer confirms delivery. However, disputes can be opened within 24 hours of delivery if the item received does not match the description. Blakypoknyak moderators will act as final arbitrators in any disputes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Blakypoknyak acts as a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the inherent risks associated with third-party game developer policies (e.g., account bans by Moonton, Roblox, or Supercell).
