1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing Blakypoknyak marketplace, managed by PT. Blakypoknyak Gaming Indonesia, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our platform serves as a secure bridge between digital asset sellers and buyers.
2. Refund & Return Policy
As we deal in Digital Goods, standard returns do not apply. However, we protect your purchase through our Escrow System.
- Refund Eligibility: Full refunds are granted if the seller fails to deliver the item or if the account credentials provided are invalid.
- Dispute Window: Buyers have 4 days (Escrow Period) to inspect the digital asset before funds are released to the seller.
- Non-Refundable: Change of mind after delivery, or bans caused by buyer negligence after a successful transfer, are not eligible for refunds.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Midtrans/E-wallet) within 1-3 business days.
3. Trading & Prohibitions
- Direct transactions outside Blakypoknyak are strictly prohibited to prevent fraud.
- Reclaiming (pulling back) an account after sale is a criminal offense under Indonesian Law (UU ITE).
- Sellers must be verified with valid identification documents (KTP/ID).
Merchant Accountability
Blakypoknyak coordinates with legal authorities to track and prosecute fraudulent actors. Any attempt to scam will result in permanent ID ban and balance forfeiture.
